We want you to cherish your DÔEN garments for years to come, but if an item isn't quite right, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered pieces within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original packaging with tags still attached to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Choose between a refund to your original payment method or a store credit, then download and print the prepaid shipping label provided.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original protective packaging and affix the prepaid label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once received, please allow 7-10 business days for processing.
